Repeat Prescriptions

If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can ask for a repeat prescription by:

•  Dropping off your request in person at either surgery, posting, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope
•  Online - you will need to register for this service in person at the reception desk (ID will be required)

Ask your pharmacist about electronic prescribing service (EPS)

EPS is now running from most pharmacies which means that you do not need to collect a prescription from the surgery, it is sent electronically directly to the pharmacist.

Branch Surgery & Dispensing

We have provision to dispense to patients who live outside the town boundaries at our Brigstock Surgery. The Health Service Regulations on this matter are very strict and this service can only be offered to those patients who register as 'dispensing' when they join the practice or when they move house.
